For your booking to be final, we require the payment of at least 30% of the initial cost upfront.
All prices exclude the cost of the fuels, except if otherwise specifically stated in the presentations/description of the cruise.
Please note that the final price of your private yacht cruise depends upon the yacht selected, the extra services requested, the final cost of the fuels and may vary by season.
If you cancel 21 days or more before the date of your booked yacht cruise you may be eligible for a refund. Otherwise no (pre)payment is refunded.
In the event of circumstances characterising a case of force majeure, you may request (i) the postponement of the booking to a later date, or (ii) the cancellation of the booking, after providing proof of these circumstances in writing to Yacht Dream Escapes no later than 12 hours after the start date of your cruise.
In the event of a cancellation due to a special weather report preventing any sea trips, and if the booking was for a period of one day or less, you may apply for a refund.
If the agreement was for a cruise for more than one day, Yacht Dream Escapes will not refund the price.
Please note that a refund may require 3 or more weeks to be processed.
Seasonality
We operate yearly from 20th April through 30th October.
Low Season: 20th April – 10th July & 10th September – 30th October
High Season: 10th July – 10th September
Safety
Both our yachts operate under a fully trained captain. We don’t rent or book our yacht without a captain on board.
Captain Paris and the crew are trained professionals with decade-long experience in seamanship. Your travel is guaranteed to be safe and problem-free under all conditions.
Throughout the entire duration of the cruise you should always follow the advices and orders of the captain. You are always responsible by law for your actions on board.
We kindly request all our guests and passengers to behave kindly and properly.
Please keep in mind that it is in the discretionary power of the captain to alter the course and the itinerary of your private yacht cruise, according to the prevailing weather conditions at the time.
